D-Dimer Detection Kit

• INTENDED USE

This Product is used for quantitative determination of D-Dimer in human serum, plasma in vitro.It is intended to be used by professionals to assist clinical early diagnosis related to thrombotic disease. 

• CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

D-Dimer is a specific degradation product of fibrin monomer crosslinked by activator XIII and hydrolyzed by fibrinolytic enzyme, which is a specific marker of fibrinolytic process. D-Dimer is derived from fibrinolytic cross-linked clots. The main clinical value of D-Dimer test is to exclude venous thrombotic diseases, and also to diagnose diffuse intravascular coagulation and monitor thrombolytic therapy.
